cant place objects in demo

Hi
I run a demo server for the B2r team and we have a prob. Cutters at the chicane on blackwood. Im sure you all no about the gap in the barriers. My question is how can i set my host to auto kick cutters?

Zion race demo have managed to do it and a brazilian server have managed it. Can someone tell me how?

My 1st Render

Easier way. Take the render you have done, cut the car out in PS, and add a backdrop, then put the car on the top layer. Its not that hard really.

Sometimes i run about 8-20 fps, and other times i run 90-100 And i dont even change any setting. I wonder why its so ranged?

Not much i can do with the models. And the camber was for fun. Absolutley undrivable, but for fun.

Oh? Im trying to join a demo server, and it wont let me.

When i go to join a friends server on the local network, I put in the correct IP, the correct Port, yet when i click connect it says "Host Is A Different Version"

This cannot be. Im running 0.5v and the host is as well. I dont understand what this means. It makes no sence.

[Veleocity] maybe instead of being such a cnut and saying it sucks you could tell me how to improve it. Saying it presents things with no idea how to do them I just don't get. You won't pick everything up by watching it once, rewind it and play it back a few times, pause it and do what you've just seen and then come back to it and maybe you'll get different results.

I just wanted to give something back since I've learned so much from this community and if it helps a couple of people to render I'll be extremely happy. If it's no good then atleast I've learnt something about making a tutorial and I might make another one with a different car and more detail if it would help.

And are you sure you made this? It seems wierd that your posting it now even though the tuts been around for a while.

I didnt mean to cause problems, but most tutorials dont offer enough detail, its just the way ive seen it.

First, please use proper english instead of broken english. if your going to translate, ask someone, dont use a translator [they cant judge sentance structure]

Secondly, this should go in a request section or a help section if i am correct.

And finally, i think Speedykev has a driver scene but its for the sauber and the guy is sitting. Someone might have it though.

IMO the tuturial sucks. Im pretty fluent in computers and i got lost ALOT while following this tut.

Alot of it is confusing, including this:
" 3ds max and Brazil r/s must be properly installed" It doesnt say how to install and where to put the plugins. I think if yo want to render, you should either take some classes [my school is offering computer animation classes using 3ds Max 5] or choose a different program.

The rest of the tut is pretty vague and it presents alot of things to do with no idea how to do them.

Wow 20 hours? Thats rediculous. Id suggest not doing it on a laptop because of limited capabilities.
